Renowned Bulgarian artist Greddy Assa brings his 60th birthday exhibition to the EBRD with the support of the Bulgarian Cultural Institute.

Greddy Assa was Associate Dean of the National Fine Arts Academy in Bulgaria from 2000-04 and to this day remains one of their most highly respected professors. His paintings are in the Holocaust Museum in Washington and in the Bundestag in Berlin, as well as in galleries in Tel Aviv, Aachen and elsewhere. He has had solo exhibits in Germany, Hungary, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland and China.

Titled “Islands on the Island” and curated by Nia Tabakova, this is a unique opportunity to view some extraordinary art so we hope you will join us on Thursday 9 October 2014 from 18:00 to 20:00 for drinks and the official launch of the exhibition at 18:30.
