Synopsis:

The strong have their own laws.

It is impossible not to take part in the game. If you don’t join it voluntarily, you will find yourself there anyway. The strong don’t worry about making plans – the stronger they are, the braver and more innovative their plans are. But the puppet cut the puppeteer’s string and the puzzle collapses.

An absurd perpetrator perpetrates an absurd act of crime. The elements of the crime fall into place one after another with inexorable logic: hostages, ransom, shootouts, explosions, deaths. But once everything ends and the gunpowder dust clears, instead of a traditional crime scene, it turns out that the events have created a labyrinth, making it impossible to extricate the truth. Too many people are involved, too many things have no logical explanation, and evidently something very important has been overlooked.

Operation Shmenti Capelli is a comedy about that which occurred right in front of us without us finding out. A war horse for the ordinary person who nobody understood. A film about our time and the crime therein. A story about the secrets which the strong cannot hide from the weak.
