Rakursi Gallery presents the new solo exhibition of the artist Chavdar Gyuzelev, which has an interesting provocative title: “Free-flying heads” (the idea for this title comes from Yavor Gardev, who often opens his exhibitions).

The exhibition includes works in two directions – large-format lithographic prints, in the lava technique, with these soaring heads and images and objects free as Valencia. And the other part – picturesque canvases cleared of human presence, broken during his activities in the theatre, scenography.

Chavdar Gyuzelev has never been in the same place in his art and life. But his works always stand on the border of reality and fiction, always with a delicate verdict on the guild, ugliness, deformation and alienation. Particularly influential are the three paintings “Halo”, “Premonition” and “Architect”.
